Sr.No. SAC Requirement 1. Objective:Rate contract service for filling of Helium gas cylinders. 2. Volume of requirementThe approximate quantity requirement of the ultra-high purity helium gas filling services will be 6 nos. during the contract. These are the approximate number actual quantity mayvary. 3. Duration of contractThis rate contract will be awarded for a period of 24 months from the date of the contract. The contract may be extended for further 12 months with same rates based on satisfactory services of the contractor and on mutual consents of both the parties with same rates and terms and conditions. However, there is no guarantee of any extension or renewal of thecontract after expiry of the initial duration of contract i.e. 24 months. 4. Type & Quality4.1. Purity levels must be as per our requirement. Certificate of Analysis for purity of gas for the supplied cylinder must also be provided at the time of delivery of each cylinder.
