This Mini-Grant Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2018 by and between The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as “UCF”),and The School Board of Broward County, Florida (“MINI-GRANTEE”) on behalf of Atlantic Technical College “ATC”, a school of MINI-GRANTEE.
