AGREEMENT (the “Amended Agreement”) is entered into on this day of April, 2023, by and between the City of St. Charles, Kane and DuPage Counties, Illinois, an Illinois municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and McGrath Motors, Inc. an Illinois corporation doing business under the assumed name of McGrath Honda of St. Charles (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Company and the City are hereinafter individually sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
