This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS is entered into on April , 2021, by Ms. Magdalena Chavez (the “parent”), individually and on behalf of her son, Roberto Gaona (“R.G.”) (a minor) and the Montgomery County Board of Education (“Board”) (collectively, the “parties”).
