This Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment”) effective as of April 8, 2020, to the Software Value Added Reseller (SVAR) Agreement, Contract No. 43230000-NASPO-16-ACS-SVAR (“Participating Addendum”) is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and SHI International, Corp. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the Participating Addendum unless otherwise defined herein.
