AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into and made effective the 1st day of July 2021, by and between the CITY OF BEAUMONT, (hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”), and Thaxton Van Belle, an individual (hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”). For purposes of this AGREEMENT, CITY and EMPLOYEE may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
