These Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply to any Agreement or Agreements to provide services by the 40 Degrees Hot Tub Hire Limited trading as 40 Degrees Hot Tub Hire whose registered office is at Brent House, 382, Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, GL51 7AY (“the Supplier”) to a client (“the Client “) for the provision of hot tubs for hire and shall be automatically incorporated therein and be subject thereto provided such Agreement is in written form and signed by the parties thereto or by exchange of e-mails between the parties and if not shall constitute themselves such Agreement. If there should be any ambiguity or discrepancy between the terms in any separate written, signed Agreement and the terms set out in this document, the terms in the Agreement shall prevail, except where expressly stated to the contrary within these standard Terms and Conditions of Service.
