This Agreement shall apply at B&D Australia, 34-36 Marigold Street, Revesby, 2212 to all employees who are bound by the terms of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998, insofar as those provisions relate to the parties referred to in Clause 4 - PARTIES BOUND - of this Agreement.
