This AGREEMENT of COMMITMENT is made as of (Date) , between (Player Name) and Michigan Tigers Futbol Club for the duration of the 2024-25 soccer season. I hereby commit to play for (age group/level) , and understand this commitment is for the full 2024-2025 season. I understand that my son/daughter will not be released from the team during a soccer season unless it is for disciplinary reasons or failure to fulfill his/her obligations to the Club. I fully acknowledge participation, parent and player conduct, and financial obligations related to joining this club and team. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $595.00 is required at time of submission.
