As part of its commitment to integrating technology into the curriculum, the Special Education District of Lake County provides various mobile devices for student use during the remote learning school day. This agreement and form are for individual cases where a student does not have access to a device to access their curriculum during remote learning. In order to be loaned a mobile device, you must read, sign, and return the attached form to the Special Education District of Lake County.
