This Intergovernmental Grant Agreement for the financing of Community Developmental Disabilities Services (the “Agreement”) is between the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Department of Human Services, hereinafter referred to as “ODHS,” and Tillamook County, hereinafter referred to as “County” or “CDDP”.
