PUBLIC ART IN LYONS (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 20 , by and between the TOWN OF LYONS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, with offices at 432 5th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado 80540 (the “Town”), and Lyons Regional Library District, a political subdivision of the state of Colorado (the "Entity"). Collectively, the Town and the Entity may be referred to as the “Parties.”
