TOWN OF TAOS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FORNew Mexico • January 28th, 2010
This contract is hereby made and entered into by and between the Town of Taos, a New Mexico Municipality (hereinafter "TOWN") and AUI Inc, a contractor licensed to do business in New Mexico, hereinafter "CONTRACTOR") effective on the date signed by the last party to sign entered on the signature page. In accordance with NMSA 13-1-100, if this is a contract for major construction, including but not limited to roads, bridges, airports, buildings, dams, and wastewater treatment facilities, this Contract shall not become effective until the award and execution of this Contract are made by the TOWN’s governing body, the Town Council.
