On February 18, 2021, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an amended Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (Amended WMPA) among PJM, Gans Solar LLC, and West Penn Power Company.1 PJM states that the Amended WMPA modifies Service Agreement No. 5694, which was previously accepted by the Commission in Docket No. ER20-2403-000.2 PJM further states that the revisions contained in the Amended WMPA are ministerial because the revisions reflect the assignment of Wholesale Market Participant from Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. to Gans Solar LLC. PJM requests that the effective date for the Amended WMPA remain unchanged at June 11, 2020.
