12/1/2021 ("Effective Date") by and between WGL Energy Services, Inc. ("Seller") and Sample Customer ("Buyer"). Buyer may purchase and Seller may sell natural gas, Green­e® Climate Certified Carbon Offsets, electric power supply service, and Green­e® Energy Certified Renewable Energy Credits ("RECs") in accordance with the terms of this Base Agreement and executed Confirmations (together "Agreement"). In the event of a conflict between this Base Agreement and an executed Confirmation, the executed Confirmation will prevail.
