Formation of Contract. This writing, together with any attachments incorporated herein, constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive contract between Sechan Electronics Inc. (Hereafter referred to as “Buyer”) and the Seller. Agreement by Seller to furnish the goods, services or efforts hereby ordered, or its commencement of such performance shall constitute acceptance by Seller of this purchase order subject to the specified terms and conditions. Unless specifically agreed to in writing by Buyer's Authorized Procurement Representative, Buyer objects to, and is not bound by, any term or condition that differs from or adds to this offer. Seller’s commencement of performance or acceptance of this offer in any manner shall conclusively evidence acceptance of this offer as written. Acceptance of the goods, services, or efforts delivered under this order shall not constitute acceptance of Seller’s terms and conditions.
