These general terms and conditions apply to the services provided to clients by Attorneys Kalla Ltd ("Kalla"). These general terms and conditions su- persede any general terms and conditions of the client, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writ- ing. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and conditions and any assignment agree- ment, the assignment agreement shall apply.
