The following Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and form part of an agreement by which FBME Card Services Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), a company incorporated and registered in Cyprus and carrying on business from its offices at Methonis Tower, 73 Arch. Makarios Avenue III, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus, agrees with the Applicant(s)/Cardholder(s), the name(s) of whom appear(s) on the Application Form, to provide an FBME Card(s).
