This Contract (“Contract”), entered into by and between the Indiana Finance Authority (the “Authority”) and [insert name of consulting firm] (“Consultant”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein and is intended to address the scope of professional environmental services to be provided by the Consultant to the Authority pertaining to the Indiana Brownfields Program’s (“Program”) [insert initiative]. As projects are awarded by the Authority to the Consultant, a project-specific amendment to the Contract (“Project Amendment”) will be made as set forth in Section 29, including documents required under the Contract to implement the work. In consideration of those mutual undertakings and covenants, the parties agree as follows:
