This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) between The Chemical Toxin Working Group Inc. dba Healthy Living Foundation Inc. (“HLF”) and Hama Hama Company (“Hama Hama”) is effective 60 days after the date on which it is fully executed (“Effective Date”).
