THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective on June 30, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between COLGATE-PALMOLIVE COMPANY, having its principal place of business at 300 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (“Colgate”), and FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP PUBLIC SCHOOLS, having its principal location at 2301 Route 27, Somerset, NJ 08873 (“School”). Colgate and School are each referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
