National Association of Counties (NACo) and the Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS), a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization, have entered into a Master Service Agreement dated March 23, 2018 (“MSA”) to provide expedited access to disaster recovery services to NACo members. Dinwiddie County, VA (“County”) hereby acknowledges their ability to procure the services of IBTS in accordance with the Service Agreement for Disaster Recovery Services (“Service Agreement”), which when signed, the County can activate services as needed.
