("Business Associate") and Siskiyou County Public Health, CA ("Covered Entity") in order to comply with the privacy and security provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended from time to time (statute and regulations collectively referred to as "HIPAA").
