FiledSeptember 7th, 2017This affiliation agreement establishes a procedures for admission of qualified Erie associate degree graduates to the University at Buffalo Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree program. This is a 2 + 4 undergraduate/professional school education degree agreement and the first phase (undergraduate) of the collaborative program consists of the completion of a minimum of 82.5 academic credit hours at Erie in the Liberal Arts and Science Program and 3 additional cross‐registration credits at the University at Buffalo or Open SUNY for biochemistry.
