WHEREAS the first party products have competitive quality in the global and Saudi market, whereas the first party has no branch in Saudi Arabia, and WHEREAS the second party has an establishment engaged in the field of bacteria and fire resistant textile and curtains products, and the second party is a Saudi national who has experience and expertise in marketing these products and desires to be an agent of the first party in Saudi Arabia, WHEREAS the first party desires to enter into the Saudi market, and there are a lot of negotiations that took place before, and also mutual visits between the two parties as each party has visited the other party’s facilities and WHEREAS the second party desires to obtain the commercial agency from the first party in respect of products subject of the agreement.
