Client. The Depositary wishes to delegate the safekeeping tasks of the Depositary to the Custodian to hold and administer the Assets of the Client in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, which delegation is accepted by the Manager. The Depositary has determined to have an objective reason for such delegation and have exercised all due skill, care and diligence in the selection and the appointment of the Custodian. The Client agrees with the delegation by the Depositary of the safekeeping tasks as set out above;
