This MICROSOFT ONLINE SERVICES CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the date the last party executes the Microsoft Online Services Ordering Document (the “Ordering Document”) (such date, the “Effective Date”), thereby indicating acceptance of the terms of this Agreement between Core BTS, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 5875 Castle Creek Parkway North Drive, Suite 320, Indianapolis, IN 46250 (“CORE BTS, INC.”), and the customer identified in the Ordering Document ("Customer").
