As part of our improvements to our traded services offer to schools, one of the key changes for 2013/2014 is to introduce a Contract document. With the exception of those contracts already entered in to with Capita, this Contract replaces all previous Service Level Agreement (SLAs) which schools have previously entered into with the Council (note this will not negate arrangements entered into with BwD until April 2013). The new Contract will include a ‘Schedule of Services’ for each particular service being delivered by the Council to the school. (A similar contract will be provided for academies and/or Free Schools)

The Contract is the agreement between an individual school and the Council. It confirms the Services that the school wishes to purchase, and the standard terms and conditions for all the services that will be provided by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council
