These terms of use are entered into by and between you (as a “Subscriber” or “Authorized User”) and Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (“CCSI”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of Company’s Trauma Responsive Understanding Self-Assessment Tool and Trauma Responsive Understanding Self-Assessment Tool for Schools (collectively referred to herein as, “TRUST™” or “Website”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through TRUST, as a registered user.
