THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of , 20 by and between, Stantec Consulting Services Inc., a North Carolina corporation with its principal business offices located at 801 Jones Franklin Road, Suite 300, Raleigh, NC 27606 (the “Design Professional”), and the Town of Apex, a municipal corporation of the State of North Carolina, (the “Town”). Town and Design Professional may collectively be referred to as “Parties” hereinafter.
