This AGREEMENT by and between TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY – CORPUS CHRISTI (the “Institution”), and ______________________________, (a public organization / governmental agency/ or a private nonprofit organization) (the “Agency”). In accordance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, and the regulations governing the Federal Work Study Program, 34 CFR 675, Agency shall provide work to eligible students participating in the Federal Work Study Program under the terms of this agreement.
