TO THE RESIDENT: This Lease is a binding legal document. By signing it, you and the PARK agree to be bound by everything it contains. You also agree to follow any reasonable Rules and Regulations the PARK has in effect when you sign the Lease. Those Rules and Regulations are as binding as this Lease. Before you sign the Lease, make sure you understand both it and the Rules and Regulations. After you sign, ask for and keep a copy of this Lease and the Rules and Regulations.
