This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you (“Customer”, “you” or “your” (whether capitalized or not)) and Qrvey, Inc. (“Qrvey”) with offices located at 8614 Westwood Center Dr, Suite 460, Vienna, VA 22182, USA, for your use of the Qrvey Software, to the extent they are being licensed to you under the Commercial Agreement (the “Software”). You and Qrvey collectively shall be referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party."
