These terms govern your engagement from time to time by General Practice Solutions (GPS) as a General Practice Specialist Associate (GPSA). This is not an employment contract and does not confer employee status on you. It does not create any obligation on GPS to offer or provide work to you. Equally, it does not oblige you to undertake work if it is offered to you by GPS. By entering into this Agreement, you confirm your understanding and intention that there will at no time be any mutuality of obligation between the parties.
