This is a legally binding agreement between you (as a Publisher, Querier, and/or Partner, as defined below and as applicable, or as a Visitor to the Site) (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and Lead Intelligence, Inc. d/b/a Jornaya (“Jornaya,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). Client and Jornaya shall be referred individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties”.
