This Tax Abatement Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is executed by and between the FORT BEND COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “District,” acting by and through its Board of Directors, and TYCO VALVES & CONTROLS, LP, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Tyco International Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Owner,” of the Real Property located within the Reinvestment Zone No. 21, established by the City of Stafford, Ordinance No. 946, adopted June 1, 2011, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes.
