Any student enrolled at the Univer- sity of Cincinnati may live in on campus housing. All unmarried first year students, or transfer students not transferring 45 credit hours or more, who live outside a fifty mile radius of the Uptown Campus and are under the age of 21 years are required to live in the University on-campus residence halls their first academic year.
