This Port of Tacoma Software as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between the Port of Tacoma (“Port”) (on behalf of the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA)) and hereby known as the “Vendor.” This Agreement is effective when fully executed and approved in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations (“Effective Date”). This Agreement is in relation to the Software as a Service Licensing only. Any services or products necessary for Implementation will be performed or obtained in accordance with a separate Personal Services Agreement (“PSA”) 070167.
