THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between Spokane County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, having offices for the transaction of business at 1116 West Broadway Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99260, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY” and the City of Liberty Lake, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, having offices for the transaction of business at 22710 E. Country Vista Dr., Liberty Lake, WA 99019, hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” jointly hereinafter referred to as the "PARTIES." The COUNTY and CITY agree as follows.
