This Program Grant Agreement for the Town of Bay Harbor Islands Address Verification Plan (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2018, by and between the Town of Bay Harbor Islands, a Florida municipal corporation (“Town”) and the School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ( “School Board”)(The Town and School Board shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or, individually, as a “Party”).
