This Continuing Disclosure Agreement (the “Disclosure Agreement”), dated as of January 1, 2014, is executed and delivered by the City of Lake Elsinore Community Facilities District No. 2003-2 (Canyon Hills) (the “District”) and Union Bank, N.A., as Dissemination Agent (the “Dissemination Agent”), in connection with the issuance of the $ Lake Elsinore Public Financing Authority Local Agency Revenue Bonds (Canyon Hills IA D), 2014 Series A (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are being issued pursuant to provisions of an Indenture of Trust, dated as of January 1, 2014 (the “Indenture”), by and between the Lake Elsinore Public Financing Authority (the “Authority”) and Union Bank, N.A. (the “Trustee”). The District and the Dissemination Agent covenant and agree as follows:
