Contract Term: One 11 months commencing on or about February 1, 2019 and terminating on or about December 31, 2019, the successful bidder will provide to the Library, security services to the library building and grounds. At the election of the Library, annual renewals upon the same terms and conditions will be considered. The Library may terminate this agreement for any reason upon two weeks written notice to the security company and upon such termination the Library’s sole obligation shall be to pay the provider the agreed upon amount for the services previously provided.
