This TENTH AMENDMENT TO THE CSG MASTER SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AGREEMENT BETWEEN CSG SYSTEMS, INC. AND DISH NETWORK, L.L.C. (this “Amendment”) entered into and made effective as of January 14, 2011 is made by and between CSG Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CSG”) and DISH Network, L.L.C. a Colorado limited liability company (“Customer”). CSG and Customer entered into a certain CSG Master Subscriber Management System Agreement (Document #2301656) dated effective as of January 1, 2010 (the “Agreement”), and Customer and CSG now desire to amend the Agreement to, among other things, amend and restate the terms of the Third Amendment to the Agreement made effective as of March 25, 2010 (the “Third Amendment”), including, but not limited to, the terms of the Extended Agreement Option.
