This Interlocal Agreement (herein referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the City of Lake Worth Beach (herein referred to as “the City”) and the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (herein referred to as “Council”), each constituting a public agency as defined in Part I of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes. The City and/or the Council shall be referred to as either a “Party” or the “Parties” in this Agreement.
