Every student (the “Student”) who will be staying in a residence room (the “Room”) located in a residence building at Brescia University College (a “Residence”) must read and sign this Residence Agreement (the “Agreement”) prior to entering Residence. This is a contract between Brescia University College (the “University”) and the Student. Students who have not yet reached the age of eighteen years must have this Agreement signed by their parent or guardian.
