This Client Information sheet, the Master Advertising Terms, and its incorporated Purchase Order(s) (collectively, the “Advertising Agreement”) constitute a binding agreement between the Client and Yelp Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Yelp”). By signing, including electronic signature, and returning it to Yelp, you indicate that you have read, accept, and agree to the Advertising Agreement on behalf of, and as an authorized representative of, the Client identified. The Advertising Agreement becomes effective between the parties as of the date signed by Client (“Effective Date”). The Advertising Agreement is voidable by Yelp if not accepted by Client and received by Yelp within the calendar month in which it is sent to Client.
