The Seller is responsible for obtaining all necessary licences, agreements or approvals needed for the delivery of Goods and Services pursuant to the GREENQLOUD purchase order to GREENQLOUD from the appropriate authorities. If the Seller fails to obtain or to retain such licence, agreement or approval, the delivery of the Goods or Services shall be cancelled and GREENQLOUD is entitled to terminate the Agreement without incurring any liability versus Seller, and the Seller must compensate GREENQLOUD for all direct and indirect damages consequential to the Seller’s failure to deliver the Goods or Services.
