THIS MASTER AGREEMENT for Professional Services (hereinafter the "Agreement”) is made as of the 12th day of June, 2012, (the “Effective Date”) by and between ULTEIG ENGINEERS, INC., with business offices located at 1412 Basin Avenue; Bismarck, ND 58404 (hereinafter referred to as the "Ulteig") and the CITY OF BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA (hereinafter referred to as "Client"). Ulteig and Client hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties.”
