THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 2005, by and between , existing under the laws of the Province of Manitoba, (hereinafter referred to as “Generator”) and Manitoba Hydro, incorporated pursuant to The Manitoba Hydro Act, R.S.M. 1987, c.H190. Generator and Manitoba Hydro, each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
