This Project Assignment Amendment (PAA) is executed between Ohlone Community College District (“District”) and Gilbane Building Company (“CM”) pursuant to the Agreement for Program Management Services and Optional Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) between the CM and the District dated April 13, 2011 and as extended by Amendment No. 1 executed March 3, 2016 and Amendment No. 2 executed April 25, 2019. By this reference, the Agreement is incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
